Get all registered sandflies

Gets all of the registered sandflies.

Query Params
boolean

Returns flattened summary view of all sandflies.

boolean

Excludes template sandflies from the result list.

boolean

Only includes sandflies with at least one result in the database.

boolean

Only includes sandflies that can be included in schedules.
